keep your skin from getting
overly dry. Your primary

already irritated, wait for 2-3

or other expensive acne helps,
try some natural acne
treatments. For example, you can

that will help your skin. Some
of these include vitamin B6, B-6
complex, C and E.
Take a careful look at your
diet. Are you eating a lot of
junk food and chocolate? If so,

foods, fresh vegetables and

come close to drinking enough
water. Water hydrates your skin.
